Issa
Asgarally holds a PhD in Linguistics from Paris V- René Descartes
University (France). He is the Co-Founder with J.M.G. Le Clézio (Nobel Prize for
Literature 2008) of the Foundation for Interculturality and Peace (FIP) and is
an Associate Professor at the Mauritius Institute of Education (MIE)
and at the Open University of Mauritius.
